Doctors detected 4215 cases of COVID-19 infection per day in Russia

During the day, 4215 cases of covid infection were detected on the territory of the Russian Federation. About it reported at the federal infection control headquarters.

At the same time, 32 people died from COVID-19 in a day. A day earlier, 4,273 people were infected with coronavirus in Russia, and 32 people died. The number of patients who recovered was 6,667 per day, and yesterday – 7,482.

At the same time, the number of hospitalizations has been reduced. This figure in the message published on May 5 is 773 cases. And the day before – 929. Thus, there is a decrease of 16.8%. In general, the number of hospitalizations increased in 28 regions and decreased in 44, in 13 the situation remained the same.

Earlier, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released a report showing that COVID-19 has become the fourth leading cause of death.
