Demand for daily rental housing in Russia increased by 64% over the year

Thus, 15 percent of the total demand for daily rent falls on Moscow. They are followed by St. Petersburg – eight percent, the Moscow region – five percent, the Rostov region – four percent and Bashkortostan – three percent. Analysts believe that this is due to the development of tourism within the country.

Most of all, interest in daily rent of apartments has grown in the Kaliningrad and Irkutsk regions. It has doubled in size. By 92 percent, the same indicator jumped in Karelia, in the Tver and Ryazan regions, interest increased by 82 and 79 percent, respectively.

The Ministry of Construction has previously assessed the possibility of a rise in the price of residential real estate in Russia. According to the department, there are no prerequisites for this yet.
