Cruise ship case: We have done everything as per law says NCB on NCP

The response of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has now come to the fore on the allegations of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) in the cruise ship party case in Mumbai. NCB Deputy DG Dnyaneshwar Singh while replying to NCP said that if they want to go to court, they can go and seek justice. We will answer there too. We have done everything according to the law.

The NCB said that its team had raided the Green Gate of the international cruise terminal and the Cordelia cruise ship, from where 8 people were caught on the spot with various types of drugs like cocaine, charas, MDMA. Deputy DG Singh said that NCB reiterates that our process has been professionally and legally transparent and fair and will continue to do so. Singh said the allegations leveled against the organization are baseless and it appears to be fueled by malice and prejudice.

In fact, the NCP had attacked the BJP in the case of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan being detained in the drugs case. On Wednesday, the NCP said that Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant were brought to the NCB office in Mumbai by private people. The NCP said that the two people who came with them, one was a BJP worker and the other was a fraud, who claims to be a private detective. NCP spokesperson Nawab Malik questioned the NCB and said that how did she take so many high profile people to her office.

NCP called the raid fake

NCP spokesperson and Maharashtra Minority Affairs Minister Nawab Malik claimed here, “It (raid) was a fake drama. They did not find any intoxicants on the ship. He also released some videos, which are being told that these videos are related to the raid. The NCP leader said that the person accompanying Aryan Khan in one of the videos is not an NCB officer and as per his social media profile he is a private detective residing in Kuala Lumpur.
