The main accused in Raju Pal’s murder is mafia Atiq Ahmed, who is lodged in a jail in Gujarat. According to sources, the police has also questioned Atiq Ahmed’s wife Shaista Parveen in this matter. A dozen including Atiq’s two sons are being interrogated in police custody. Along with this, the police is keeping an eye on many shooters of Atiq Ahmed gang. There is a possibility of involvement of shooters of Purvanchal in this incident. The appearance of one of the shooters seen in the CCTV footage matches with the local shooter.
