Alexander Goncharov will remain in the position of business ombudsman for the Chelyabinsk region for a third term. Governor Alexei Teksler submitted his candidacy to the regional legislative assembly.
“The resolution on the candidacy of Alexander Goncharov for the post of Ombudsman for the Rights of Entrepreneurs was submitted to the Legislative Assembly. The issue will be considered at a meeting of the economic policy committee on September 27, and then at a meeting of the ZSO on September 28, the press service of the regional parliament confirmed to URA.RU.
Earlier, deputies of the Legislative Assembly, on Texler’s proposal, changed the regional law on the status of the business ombudsman. In the original version, it limited the time one person could serve in this post to two five-year terms. Now Goncharov, who has been the ombudsman for entrepreneurs’ rights for 10 years, will be able to remain for a third term.
