“The head of the region, Alexey Teksler, together with his wife Irina, attended a gala concert in honor of the anniversary of the cultural institute on Saturday, September 30. For many years of conscientious work and contribution to the development of vocational education, Alexey Teksler presented letters of gratitude to Natalya Shtoler, associate professor of the department of history, museology and document science, and Linda Sergeeva, head of the financial and economic department, chief accountant of the institute,” noted the press service of the regional government.
In his congratulatory speech, Alexey Teksler noted that the Institute of Culture is part of the history of Chelyabinsk. More than 40 thousand students graduated from universities. The governor also promised that every year in the Chelyabinsk region will be a year of culture. “In 2019, I promised that every year would be the year of theatre, now I want to promise from this stage that every year in the Chelyabinsk region will be the year of culture,” said Alexey Texler.
