State Duma deputy from the Chelyabinsk region Oleg Kolesnikov, who is now on the front line, congratulated the machine builders on their professional holiday. In his congratulations, he expressed admiration for the Sarmat ballistic missile.

“Mechanical engineering is still the heart of Russian industry and the foundation on which the defense capability of our Motherland firmly rests. The best proof of this is the intercontinental ballistic and completely domestic missile Sarmat, which was called the “crown of rocket technology,” wrote Oleg Kolesnikov in his telegram channel.

The deputy noted that thanks to the work of machine builders, reliable vehicles and drones successfully perform the most complex combat missions. And even the vaunted Leopards are powerless against Russian tanks and guns.

Earlier, Kolesnikov promised to shave his beard after winning the SVO. He began growing a beard immediately after being sent to the front in October 2022.
