Due to weather conditions, restrictions are being introduced on the Chelyabinsk section of the M5 highway in the mountainous region. The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate in the region asks drivers not to travel.
“Due to weather conditions, until approximately 12:00 on November 30, a temporary restriction is being extended on the section from 1548 to 1779 km of the Moscow-Chelyabinsk (Asha – Miass) highway. Dear drivers, if possible, refuse to travel,” the department’s press service said in a statement.
The ban on movement on this section of the route applies to passenger buses, minibuses, passenger taxis and trucks. The regional traffic police department asks drivers to be very careful.
