Bryansk motorist for false denunciation of the offender faces up to eight years in prison

A Bryansk car enthusiast faces up to eight years in prison, who decided to annoy the offenders and make them “saboteurs” in the eyes of law enforcement agencies. This is reported “Life”.

However, a criminal case was opened against the 23-year-old scammer himself. As it turned out, he reported on “Ukrainian saboteurs” in a pickup truck, who were just participants in a road conflict.

On March 16, a motorist spoke about four armed men in a Volkswagen Amarok pickup truck who allegedly stopped his minibus and threatened to take them to the village of Domakha, Oryol Region, where they later “hid.” The police soon found out that the whole story is a fiction, and its author just wanted to teach the offender a lesson on the road.

A criminal case was initiated against the man under the article “Knowingly false report of an act of terrorism”. Now he faces up to eight years in prison.
