British Prime Minister Sunak promised to increase assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in preparation for the offensive

Britain intends to strengthen support for Ukraine, which is preparing for a counteroffensive against Russia. This was stated by British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

“At the G7 summit, the UK is mobilizing international efforts against the economic coercion practiced by hostile states. And it will also strengthen the support provided to Ukraine, which is preparing to intensify hostilities against Russia, ”TASS quotes the government document with reference to the words of Sunak.

Sunak also said that in close cooperation with world partners, it is necessary to solve a lot of problems, ranging from inflation to migration.

The summit will be held May 19-21 in Hiroshima, Japan. Earlier it became known that France and Great Britain expressed their readiness to help Ukraine in the counteroffensive against Russia.
