Bloomberg: Germany will send air defense systems to Ukraine to protect grain exports

Germany expects to soon transfer additional air defense systems to Ukraine to protect grain exports. The agency reported this on Wednesday, October 4 Bloomberg.

According to the source, Berlin will transfer to Kyiv one IRIS-T air defense system and more than ten Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns. The weapons will arrive in Ukraine before the end of this year to ensure the safety of cargo heading to Romania along the country’s southern coast.
