One crore 19 lakh rupees have been looted from HDFC Bank located at Karnapura, Hajipur. As soon as the shutter of the bank opened, five criminals entered in a ruckus. By the time the bank staff could understand something, the incident had happened.

As soon as HDFC’s Karanpura branch opened, the robbers reached before the customer. One crore 19 lakh rupees robbery was carried out. The criminals, who came in number five, took away the money by filling them in sacks and bags. The pictures have been captured in CCTV. The police have alerted the surrounding districts. The investigation is being done by sealing the border. This big incident of robbery has happened near the house of Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai.

Early in the morning, 5 robbers came to HDFC Bank and took possession of the staff by force of arms.

The pictures of the fleeing robbers have been captured in CCTV. There is a stir in the police department after the news of the incident. Police team including Tirhut Range IG Ganesh Kumar, Vaishali SP Manish, Hajipur Sadar SDPO Raghav Dayal reached the bank for investigation. Nearby districts were alerted. All the borders of the district have been sealed to nab the robbers.
