The United States of America is resuming direct military contacts with China. The American President announced this on November 15 Joe Biden at a press conference following negotiations with the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping as part of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in San Francisco.
According to Biden, the resumption of direct contacts between the military of the two countries is a critical decision.
“We are returning to direct, open and clear communications” – he said.
