The President of the United States plans to make an address on the protection of the country’s banking system. This is stated in the official statement of the head of state.

It is known that Biden’s speech will take place on Monday morning US time. It is associated with the bankruptcy and closure of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank.

“Tomorrow morning I will make an address on how we will maintain a stable banking system to protect the historic economic recovery,” the owner of the White House said.

According to Biden, the US Treasury Secretary and the director of the National Economic Council spent the weekend looking for a solution to this issue in order to protect working citizens and small businesses, as well as the country’s financial system. He promised that “taxpayer dollars will not be at risk.”
