The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, took personal control over the complaint of a Yekaterinburg woman whose jaw began to rot after visiting a dental clinic. This was reported in the press service of the department.

In 2019, a resident of Yekaterinburg went to a dental clinic, her gums festered under the upper implant. The director of the clinic removed her implant and put in a new one. However, the problem returned after a while. Then the woman went to the clinic with a complaint, where she was told that the pain would soon pass, and was advised to rinse her mouth and smear her gums, writes KP-Yekaterinburg.

For four years, the Yekaterinburg woman spent about 200 thousand rubles, but the problem was not solved. In March 2023, she went to another clinic, where she learned that in addition to her gums, her jaw began to fester. Now she needs urgent surgery. The woman turned to a lawyer for help, and then sent an appeal to the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, with a request to initiate a criminal case.
