
The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, requested a report from investigators from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug regarding the violation of the housing rights of a disabled person from the city of Surgut (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug). This was reported in the official telegram channel of the information center of the Russian Investigative Committee.
“To the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia A.I. Bastrykin was approached by a resident of the city of Surgut, who is disabled. The apartment building where he lived with his family, including two children of different sexes, was demolished, after which they were given a one-room apartment with an area of 43 square meters, ”the message says.
It is clear that the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra carried out a procedural check on this fact, as a result of which it was refused to initiate a criminal case. Mikhail Mokshin, head of the Investigative Committee of the ICR for KhMAO, was instructed to provide a report on the situation and take possible measures to assist the applicant.
Earlier, Bastrykin demanded that the leadership of the district Investigative Committee report to him about the criminal case on violation of the housing rights of the residents of Surgut. They demand to recognize their apartment building as emergency.
