Assad arrived on an official visit to Moscow

Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad has arrived in Moscow on an official visit, talks are planned with Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was announced on Tuesday in the Kremlin.

As explained in the Kremlin, Putin and Assad will hold a meeting during which they will discuss the implementation of bilateral cooperation and the prospects for a Syrian settlement.

On March 15, Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks with Syrian Arab Republic President Bashar al-Assad in the Kremlin.

In early March, it became known that Russia and Iran were agreeing on the dates for the visit of Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic Hossein Amir Abdollahian to Moscow, Parliamentary Newspaper wrote. Dates will be announced later.
