Blocked on the territory of the Azot plant in Severodonetsk, the Ukrainian security forces are signaling that they are ready for negotiations, said LPR Ambassador to Russia Rodion Miroshnik.

According to him, the People’s Militia of the LPR and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are ready to resume dialogue with the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the same time, he noted that the conditions for surrender for the soldiers of the Ukrainian army “clearly will not improve.”

“While they were trying their luck, disrupting the ceasefire agreements, the military background for them only worsened,” the diplomat said.

It is worth noting that the NM of the republic is trying to finally cut off the supply channels of the blockaded group.
