The Annabelle doll, a Raggedy Ann doll reputedly possessed by a demonic spirit, has reportedly vanished while en route to Chicago for the “Devils on the Run” tour by the New England Society for Psychic Research (NESPR).

Last seen at the Psychic & Spirit Fest in San Antonio Texas on May 17–18, 2025 the doll’s whereabouts are unconfirmed with social media posts suggesting it either misplaced or stolen.
Ed and Lorraine Warren, who secured the doll in the 1970s after it allegedly caused harm, warned against moving it, citing its dangerous spirit. Despite this, NESPR’s Daniel Rivera created a protective case with religious safeguards for the tour.
Public concern escalated after Annabelle’s New Orleans stop (May 13–14, 2025), with X users linking her presence to a prison break and a plantation fire, though these claims lack evidence.

Skeptics argue the Warrens profited from exaggerated tales, while believers fear the doll’s absence could unleash chaos. NESPR has yet to clarify her status.
