Academy Award-winning actress and longtime UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie has once again spoken out for Gaza.

On Saturday, she shared an Instagram story featuring a post by Doctors Without Borders (MSF) highlighting. Escalating humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza. Shared content showed haunting visuals. And described the besieged strip as having turned into a “mass grave,” as Israel’s air, land, and sea attacks continue to devastate the region.
The post’s message condemned the scale of violence, calling it unprecedented in its brutality. Jolie, known for her consistent advocacy on behalf of war victims. Echoed the urgency to protect civilians amid what many are calling a genocide.
Meanwhile, in Yemen, United States has launched another deadly airstrike. On Sunday night, American forces targeted a marketplace in Sana’a, Yemeni capital, killing at least 12 people and injuring over 30. Rescue operations are ongoing as many remain trapped under rubble. The death toll is expected to rise.
On Saturday alone U.S. reportedly carried out 29 separate airstrikes across Sana’a. And coastal region of Al-Hudaydah, focusing on airports and seaports. A separate strike last Thursday on Ras Issa fuel terminal, controlled by Houthi forces, killed over 80 civilians, according to local reports.

Back in South Asia, thousands took to the streets in Islamabad, Pakistan, on Sunday in a massive rally condemning Israeli aggression in Gaza.
Protesters marched through city streets, carrying symbolic coffins and banners demanding an immediate halt to military operations. Placards read: “Only Palestinians have the right to their land” and “Stop genocide in Gaza.”
This wave of solidarity across countries signals growing global outrage against both Israel’s prolonged siege of Gaza. And US military interventions in Middle East.
