“An eight-year-old boy came to the military commissariat on Cheremukhovaya Street and set fire to a garage located on its territory,” the authors of the telegram channel report. The police detained the juvenile offender at the scene. The arson damaged the garage, but no one was injured. As the boy himself emphasized, he just wanted to “behave.” An administrative case was opened against the child’s mother for failure to fulfill parental responsibilities,” the channel’s authors specify.
In September alone, several Russians were detained for attempting to set fire on the territory of a military registration and enlistment office. For example, corresponding cases were identified in Yekaterinburg and Perm.
