An application from an entrepreneur from Mordovia on the bankruptcy of Svyaznoy went to court

The Moscow Arbitration Court accepted the application of an individual entrepreneur from Mordovia, Pyotr Kolotilin. The businessman demanded that the Svyaznoy retailer be declared bankrupt. The corresponding application was submitted to the court on March 3, but has not yet been accepted for consideration.

Svyaznoy also previously published statements of intent to apply to the Moscow Arbitration Court. The management of the organization hoped that the court would declare the network bankrupt even earlier.
