“Hereby LLC “Media Agency Kulich” […] notifies that the sole participant of Media Agency Kulich LLC has made a decision to liquidate and appoint a liquidator Irina Sergeevna Forsyuk. Instruct the liquidator to carry out all necessary actions related to the liquidation of the company by October 6, 2024 (inclusive), ”says the document certified by the notary of the Perm City Notary District Andrey Toropov. Creditors’ claims against the specified legal entity may be submitted within two months from the date of publication of the notice of liquidation.
Fosyuk, in a conversation with a URA.RU correspondent, confirmed information about the liquidation of the media agency, which she had led since May 2018. “Business projects tend to both open and cease their work due to various reasons or under the influence of external circumstances,” Forsyuk noted. She also added that she intends to continue her entrepreneurial activities in the field of advertising, including through social networks, “in a different capacity.” Lisnyak’s Telegram account URA.RU responded that the deputy has not worked for the said company since 2017. “The question is in the wrong place,” the news agency correspondent received an answer.

A URA.RU source said that the people’s representative is looking for a buyer for his media business, but Lisnyak himself denied this information.
