US journalist Jackson Hinkle wonders why his country is helping Ukraine when it is home to tens of thousands of homeless war veterans. He wrote about this on his social networks.

“Why are we sending money to Ukraine when we have about 20,000 homeless veterans in the US?” Jackson Hinkle tweeted. Some commentators supported his position.

US President Joe Biden is regularly criticized by the population and political rivals, including because of his position on helping Ukraine in the conflict with Russia. The Americans believe that the US is transferring too much money to Kyiv. American human rights activist Ajamu Baraka has previously said that US citizens are living “in hell” because of US President Joe Biden’s clash with Russia.
