All passenger trains from the mainland will be stopped in Crimea


All passenger trains traveling from the mainland to the Crimean Peninsula will stop at Vladislavovka station. The head of the Republic of Crimea wrote about this on August 16 in social networks Sergey Aksyonov.

“After consultations with the leadership of the Crimean Railway, a decision was made to stop passenger trains coming from the mainland at Vladislavovka station. There, passengers will be provided with buses for delivery to the nearest bus stations,” the head of Crimea wrote.

Let us clarify that Vladislavovka is a junction station on the Dzhankoy-Feodosiya line.

As reported IA REGNUMOn the morning of August 16, in the Dzhankoy region of Crimea, ammunition detonated at the storage site of one of the military units. About two thousand people were evacuated from neighboring villages, there are two victims. The causes of the emergency are being investigated.
