The shareholders of Zenit Bank at the general meeting on February 9 voted in absentia to change the chairman of the board. From this day on, instead of Alexander Tishchenko, the bank will be managed by his deputy Sergey Kulakovkin.
As stated in the post on site bank from today, February 10, Mr. Kulakovkin will hold the post of chairman of the board temporarily – until the shareholders appoint a new head of the credit institution.
Alexander Tishchenko was appointed to the position of the chairman of the board of Zenit in May 2020. Prior to that, he was the chief executive officer of the bank. He joined the bank’s management as a senior vice president in April 2018.
Sergey Kulakovkin has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Zenit since May 2021. In “Zenith” he began work in 2000.
