AFU fired more than 25 shells at two villages


The Armed Forces of Ukraine fired more than 25 shells at the villages of Tyotkino and Popovo-Lezhachi in the Kursk region. This was announced by the governor of the region Roman Starovoit.

“The border villages of the Glushkovsky district – Tyotkino and Popovo-Lezhachi today survived more than 25 arrivals during the next shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Fortunately, there were no casualties! Thanks to the operation of the emergency warning system, residents were in shelters,” — wrote he is in the telegram channel.

The main blow, he clarified, fell on Popovo-Lezhachi, where damage to civilian objects was recorded. In particular, agricultural machinery and combines were damaged on the territory of the tractor brigade. The garage was destroyed, several cars were hit by shrapnel, including private cars.

Also, two power lines were damaged in the settlement, according to Starovoit, the repair team is already starting to eliminate the accident. Investigators are on the scene fixing the damage.
