Acting Head of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) Leonid Pasechnik congratulated the Russians on the 78th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The politician stressed that the inhabitants of Russia are again forced to fight against fascism, says in his Telegram channel.

The latter, according to Pasechnik, was revived in the actions of the Kyiv regime.
