A worker died on a high-rise building under construction in Yekaterinburg

At a construction site in Yekaterinburg at 31 Azina this afternoon, a man fell from the 15th floor. He died on the spot.

“According to preliminary data, the deceased is a man, born in 1996, who arrived in Yekaterinburg from another constituent entity of the Russian Federation and worked at this construction site,” reported the press group of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Yekaterinburg.

Investigators from the Investigative Committee are conducting an investigation into the death of the man. An inspection has been organized at the scene of the emergency and the circumstances of the incident are being established.
