A school building is being sold in a Chelyabinsk village

In the Chelyabinsk region, in the Nagaibaksky district, the building of a former primary school is for sale. The initial price of the lot is more than one million rubles, according to the Russian Bidding website.

“[Продаются] real estate and movable property located at the address: Chelyabinsk region, Nagaibak district, rural settlement Ostrolenskoye, <...> Non-residential building – primary secondary school. The starting price is 1,113,032.00 rubles,” as stated in the lot description on the Russian Trading website.

The price includes the school building itself with a total area of ​​287 square meters, as well as a land plot with a total area of ​​4937 square meters. The reason for the sale is the privatization of the property. The sale is carried out by the administration of the Nagaybak region. Applications for participation are accepted until October 15.

Earlier, in the Nagaibaksky district of the Chelyabinsk region, the military registration and enlistment office building was put up for auction. Its initial cost was almost 2.5 million rubles.
