Russian who moved with his family to Serbia Alexei told in an Internet blog about all the subtleties that emigrants may encounter in the country. The man listed a number of pluses and minuses of life in this country.

Alexey boasted that in the Serbian city of Novi Sad, his business selling branded sports shoes is developing much better than in Moscow. The entrepreneur attributes this to the fact that the locals love “sports, sneakers and show-offs.” After two years of living abroad, the Russian plans to open a second store, but now in Belgrade.

The man also listed such advantages of the country as simple cuisine, beautiful European architecture of the city center and a calm and comfortable lifestyle in Novi Sad. However, he also cited such disadvantages as polluted air, the inaccessibility of calling a doctor at home without a particularly urgent need, too expensive internet, and the unusual driving style of local residents, which the author called “Ottoman-Balkan”.

Aleksey’s impression is generally positive, he even admitted that he “loves” Novi Sad, although his wife does not share her husband’s warm feelings for a new place of residence. She called Serbia “a big village”. The family plans to move to the capital – Belgrade, and admits a possible move to another European country in the future

A Russian woman who previously visited Abkhazia shared her impressions of the trip. Rest in the Black Sea resort disappointed the traveler.
