A resident of Primorye was arrested for treason due to cooperation with the United States against Russia

A resident of Primorye was arrested for two months in a treason case on suspicion of assisting the United States in activities directed against the security of Russia. This was reported by the joint press service of the regional judiciary.

The investigation found that citizen Kh. did not agree with the conduct of a special operation in Ukraine, and therefore entered into correspondence “with representatives of a foreign state (USA) in order to assist them in activities knowingly directed against the security of the Russian Federation.”

“The Frunzensky District Court of Vladivostok chose a measure of restraint against citizen Kh. in PKU SIZO-2 GUFSIN of Russia for a period of 2 months until 05/22/2023”, — said in the message.
