The court found the local resident guilty of the crime.

“The convict was sentenced to imprisonment for 17 years to be served in a special regime correctional colony,” the press service of the supervisory agency said in a statement.

As investigators established, in January 2022, a man as part of an organized group killed the founder of the LLC. The motive of the convict was mercenary motives. The man wanted to dispose of part of the illegally obtained real estate of a commercial organization.

The Moscow City Court has sentenced former police officer Vitaly Berezhny to life in prison for the rape and murder of an eight-year-old girl in Tyumen. The investigation and the court found that in the summer of 2021, a man met a young girl he did not know, lured the child to his rented apartment and killed her. He sealed the body of the girl and kept it in his apartment for a month and a half.
