
Every fourth inhabitant of Russia called his first work experience painful.
This was reported “Gazeta.RU” with reference to the results of a survey of researchers from the Zarplata.ru service and the Skypro online school. It is noted that the first job for many was not only difficult, but also poorly paid. For the majority of respondents (69%), the first salary did not exceed 10 thousand rubles, 18% earned from 10 to 20 thousand rubles, and only 5% of respondents received more than 40 thousand rubles.
At the first job, 39% lasted a year or more, 28% of respondents worked from three months to a year, the researchers note. At the same time, the majority of respondents (30%) found their first job at the age of 18-20. 16% of respondents started working at the age of 15-16. At 16-17 years old and at 20-25 years old, 14% of the total number of participants in the study got their first job.
