A LOT Polish Airlines plane was forced to land in Podgorica after receiving a bomb threat, reports Radio and Television of Montenegro.
The plane, which departed from Warsaw with flight number LO585, made an emergency landing around 16:30 in Podgorica, and a counter-terrorism inspection of the aircraft is underway.
“Initial information suggests this was a false alarm. A Polish citizen reported that her husband had brought a bomb on board, but this was reportedly an act of revenge after she refused to fly with him,” Montenegro’s national television channel reports.
