To strengthen your immune system in the fall, you should eat more basil, dill and parsley. Candidate of Medical Sciences, nutritionist Andrei Bobrovsky spoke about this.
“Greens are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, which help strengthen the immune system and protect the body from infections. First of all, you should pay attention to basil, dill and parsley,” explained Andrei Bobrovsky in an interview Radio Sputnik.
Greens grown in the fall will contain the most nutrients. Bobrovsky notes that it must be consumed fresh. In this case, the products should not be subjected to heat treatment.
Previously, pediatric endocrinologist Oksana Mikhaleva advised excluding sweet dairy products, juices and ready-made breakfasts from the diet of the younger generation because of their harmful composition.
