A man threw a Molotov cocktail at the window of a military registration and enlistment office in the city of Prokhladny (Kabardino-Balkaria). In his phone they found correspondence with the “curator”, who demanded that the building of the military commissariat be set on fire and gave instructions on how to create a means for arson. “An attempt to arson a military registration and enlistment office in the KBR: a man threw a Molotov cocktail through a window on the first floor of a building on Gagarin Street in the city of Prokhladny. He admitted that he received instructions from an unknown person on telegram,” writes the SHOT telegram channel. It is specified that the fire occurred at approximately 21:30 on an area of ​​10 square meters. It was quickly extinguished, and the arsonist was immediately detained.
