A list of the most expensive buildings and parking lots has been compiled in Tyumen

The most expensive building in Tyumen was valued at 6.5 billion rubles, and one of the parking spaces was valued at 5.1 million rubles. Such data follows from the draft order of the regional property relations department on approval of the results of determining the cadastral value of real estate.

“The building is located at: Tyumen, Pervomaiskaya street, 1a. The cadastral value is 6,542,782,738 rubles,” follows from the draft document.

One square meter in this building was valued at 133,208 rubles. It became the most expensive in the Tyumen region in terms of cadastral value. Also included in the top 5 are houses at the following addresses:

  • Gazovikov, 73 – 5,598,941,835 rubles;
  • Ervie, 32k1 – 5,353,058,849 rubles;
  • Malygina, 90 – 5,157,060,760 rubles;
  • 50 let Oktyabrya, 57b, building 2 – 4,628,283,137 rubles.

The authorities and parking spaces were assessed. The five most expensive parking lots ended up in the same building – on Volodarskogo, 3. The building is located near the embankment and houses VTB Bank, cafe 15/86 and the River Park banquet hall. Underground parking spaces in this house were valued at 5.1, 3.8, 3.7, 2.98 and 2.91 million rubles.

The draft order “On approval of the results of determining the cadastral value of real estate located in the Tyumen region” was developed by the region’s deputies of property. The document is currently undergoing examination.
