    Priyanka Gandhi has suffered a major setback in UP just hours after giving her new slogan for Mission 2022, Ladki Hoon Ladge Sakti Hoon. Priyanka Gandhi’s advisor Harendra Malik has resigned from party membership and all posts. Along with Harendra Malik, former MLA Pankaj Malik has also left the party. Pankaj was at this time the vice-president of the UP Congress Committee. At present, both the leaders have not given the reason for leaving the party.

    Harendra Malik said that till now he was working as a member of Congress. Apart from being a member of the ACCI Working Committee, Priyanka Gandhi was also a member of the Advisory Committee, a member of the Election Campaign Committee. I have sent my resignation from all posts as well as Congress membership to Priyanka Gandhi.

    On the reasons for leaving the party, Harendra Malik said that he was in Congress for 18 years. I am a political man and will continue to do politics in future also. Harendra Malik also talked about disclosing the next step soon. In response to a question, Harendra Malik said that the question of joining BJP does not arise. Our ideology and BJP’s ideology are completely different.

    On the other hand, Pankaj Malik has written in his resignation letter to Priyanka Gandhi that I am resigning from AICC UP Vice President and all other responsibilities given by the party. Along with this, I am also resigning from the priority membership of Congress. Apart from being an MLA from Congress, Pankaj Malik has also been a former Deputy Leader of the Legislature.

    It is worth noting that Priyanka has given a new slogan on Tuesday itself while putting a master stroke for Mission 2022. Giving the slogan of Ladki Hoon Lad Sakti Hoon, he has announced to give 40 percent tickets to women in the next assembly elections. In such a situation, the party’s hopes have got a setback due to such resignations received today itself.
