
The government has submitted to the State Duma a draft law on the execution of the budget of the compulsory health insurance fund for 2022. The document is published in the electronic database of the chamber.
As reported on the website of the Cabinet, this issue was considered at a meeting on May 25. It was noted that, despite the increased sanctions pressure in 2022, its reliability and stability were ensured.
It is reported that the average per capita funding standard from the budget last year amounted to 3,875.3 rubles, and the funding standard for the basic CHI program per person amounted to 15,062.9 rubles, which is 9.4 percent higher than in 2021.
At the same time, 90 inspections were carried out in 32 regions during the year for compliance with the legislation on compulsory medical insurance and the use of funds in 2021-2022. Five control measures were carried out, in which employees of the control and audit department took part.
The total amount of money spent on increasing the value of fixed assets amounted to 175,456,630 rubles. The book value of the facilities as of January 1, 2022 amounted to 1,004,001,656.13 rubles, and at the beginning of 2023 – 923,954,651.37 rubles. At the same time, fixed assets unsuitable for further operation with a book value of 16,220,119.82 rubles were seized during the year.
The number of employees of the Fund at the beginning of the year amounted to 292 people, staffing – 76.4 percent. The fund’s budget revenues amounted to 2,919,414,386.5 thousand rubles, which is 11 percent more than in 2021. The expenses of the organization amounted to 2,797,058,725.9 thousand rubles, their growth amounted to 8.9 percent.
Earlier it was reported that the Cabinet of Ministers submitted to the State Duma a bill on the execution of the PFR budget for 2022. In particular, according to the bill, the total income of the Social Insurance Fund is approved at the level of 1.029 trillion rubles, including interbudgetary transfers from the federal budget in the amount of 242.2 billion rubles and the budget of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund in the amount of 14.2 billion rubles.
