A cultural center will appear in Noyabrsk (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) on the initiative of Gazprom Neft. Deputy General Director for Corporate Communications Alexander Dybal stated this at the Industrial and Energy Forum (TNF) in Tyumen.
“We have long understood that we need to build a cultural center in Noyabrsk. For many years, people traveled to other cities to attend a play or concert. And so, with the new mayor of Noyabrsk and the governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, we came to the conclusion that the city should have a place with a concert hall that will allow pop musicians, classical music performers, and performances to be hosted on stage,” journalists of the online publication report Dybal’s words “Noyabrsk 24”.
According to the general director, the center will be built jointly with the authorities of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the city of Noyabrsk; they have come to a common opinion on the issue of creating a cultural space. Dybal added that this will be the first joint project between the company and the region.
Earlier, the governor of the Tyumen region, Alexander Moor, opened the TNF-2023 forum on September 18. It brought together leaders of the Russian energy industry. Moore noted that the creation of its own large oil service companies in Russia will help the country enter the international market in this area.
