A case was opened against a Sverdlovsk resident who threatened to kill himself

A criminal case was opened against a man who threatened to kill himself in Kamensk-Uralsky and tried to break into his wife’s apartment. The head of the press service of the Sverdlovsk Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel Valery Gorelykh, told URA.RU about this.

“The police have opened a criminal case against the rowdy from Kamensk-Uralsky for threatening to kill,” Gorelykh said. In addition, a second case may be opened against him for possession of weapons. Two guns were found at the man’s home.

The incident occurred on September 21 at the entrance of a house on Aluminieva. A man came to reconcile with his wife, who recently filed for divorce. However, she did not let him into the apartment. Then he locked himself in the entrance and began to threaten to kill himself because of this. He sat there for about three hours. The security forces took it by storm.
