Earthquake struck off Cuba’s coast, registering a magnitude of 6.8, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).
New Earthquake recorded at 16:49 UTC hit 64 kilometers southeast of Manzanillo, a city with 128,000 residents. The epicenter was 17 kilometers deep.
Earlier, EMSC reported a 5.9-magnitude earthquake off Cuba’s coast.
