The England cricket team has suffered a setback ahead of the T20 World Cup to be held in UAE and Oman, as their star all-rounder Sam Curran has been ruled out of the tournament and IPL 2021 due to injury. In his place, his brother Tom Karan has been included in the T20 World Cup team by England. He was selected as the first standby player. Fast bowler Reece Topley has now been included in the team as a reserve player. He will soon join the England team.
