Former Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh has described his Delhi visit as a personal visit. Putting to rest speculations about joining the BJP, the Captain himself said that he would meet his friends here and vacate the Kapurthala House. The Captain has also reacted to the resignation of Navjot Singh Sidhu from the post of PCC Chief.
A big incident happened in Punjab Congress today. Navjot Singh Sidhu resigned from the post of state president of the party. It is believed that after displeasure with CM Charanjit Singh Channi, Sidhu took such a step. On the other hand, the fights between Sidhu and Amarinder are not hidden from anyone. Although Sidhu never openly said anything against Amarinder, the Captain has spoken against Sidhu many times. Even today, in an informal conversation with the media, Amarinder Singh said that I have already said that he (Navjot Singh Sidhu) is an unstable man. He’s never one of the long ones in the party and that’s what happened.
This man (Navjot Singh Sidhu) is unstable… I am here to vacate Kapurthala House, the residence of Punjab CM in New Delhi. I am not going to meet any politician here: Former Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh in Delhi pic.twitter.com/LNKyRUgaWm
