Filled form due to lack of application fee but did not give exam, more centers had to be made due to more forms

Raipur. On Sunday, the State Service Examination for 210 posts was conducted by the CGPSC Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission. For the first time more than one lakh 82 thousand applications were received, but more than 25 percent students remained absent in the examination. According to the applications received for the examination, the commission has set up centers for preliminary examination in 28 districts of the state. Maximum 26 thousand 349 students appeared in Bilaspur while minimum 633 students appeared in Sukma. In Durg-Bhilai, more than 35 percent students did not take the exam. The lowest absenteeism was in Bilaspur at 14.70 percent. According to the statistics of the entire state, about 26 percent students did not appear in the examination. Departmental officials said that due to non-availability of application fee, the students filled the form but did not appear for the examination.

The cost of setting up 100 centers is saved.

About 48 thousand students did not appear in the preliminary examination across the state. A maximum of 500 candidates can appear in an examination center, in this sense the commission would have to make about 100 centers less. A center costs about 15 to 20 thousand rupees. Accordingly, the commission had to bear an additional financial burden of Rs 15 to 20 lakh.

Forms filled without preparation due to freebies

Due to application fee, students filled the examination forms even without preparation. But did not turn up to take the exam. The commission had to make arrangements for the exam meeting according to the applications received, due to which the commission had to bear additional financial burden.

Model answer released – objection till 22 February

The model answers for the preliminary examination of the State Service Examination have been released. Claim-objection applications on this can be made from 14 to 22 February. Admit card released for civil judge exam

The admit card for the Civil Judge Recruitment Examination has been issued by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission. It can be downloaded from PSC website. The recruitment of civil judge will be done on 26 February. The recruitment exam is being held for 48 posts. More than 15 thousand forms have been received for this. Examination centers have been made in Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg-Bhilai for preliminary examination. Officials told that there will be three level examinations from Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission for the recruitment of Civil Judge. Now there will be preliminary exam, after that main exam and interview will be followed by appointment.
