9th and 11th class exams have been canceled in Delhi schools. Deputy CM Manish Sisodia made this announcement on Thursday. Sisodia said that the private schools which had conducted their half yearly and annual examinations can promote the children further by releasing the results. Such private, government or government aided schools in which the half yearly examination was conducted but the annual examination could not be conducted, they will promote their children to the next class on the basis of their half yearly examination.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that in the government and non-government schools where no examination was held, their result would be prepared keeping in view the better performance of the children in the two subjects. The exam results of all government schools will be declared on June 22. The result message will be sent to the children. He will be able to check his result online. They will not be called to school.

The children who did not give any paper even in the mid term or those who failed will be given another chance, the school will evaluate them. But the school will not call them for the examination. These will be assessed through assignment project work.
Students from KG to 8th were already promoted.
Registration for admission in government schools from June 11
Sisodia said that registration for admission in classes VI to IX in government schools will be started from Friday. Registration can be done till June 30. The list will be released by July 14. Those who will not be able to apply, they will get another chance. They will be able to register from 23 July to 6 August. After that the session will start.
